Description

It appears that excess water drainage is being discharged from our retaining walls in the backyard and our garden dirt is damp indicating something is not right. The water is also running down between our home walkways. This is the second day and is very uncommon. There is no sign of water discharge on the street in front of 165/163 Columbia Ave. The homes behind us. Can you please investigate the two home on Columbia to see if the is a broken pipe under or around their homes. This is not an emergency, but needs to be looked at. Thank you
