Description

The traffic light at the intersection of Princess Anne Rd. and Baxter Rd. will change to give Dominion Energy + Baxter Rd. the green light when NO vehicles are coming from the Dominion Energy road nor from Baxter Rd. Each of those roads get their own green light period. Once the green light returns to Princess Anne Rd., the southbound side of Princess Anne road (heading towards Edwin Dr.) gets the left-turn signal EVERY time, whether or not any vehicles are in that turn lane. In the past, this turn signal did not perform this way, and it has been doing this for at least the last few weeks. Not sure what happened, but any help resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
