Description

Homeless encampments around here on 45th Ave/ between Bond street and Foothill Blvd . It started with one and now is two. There is no bathrooms( it smells fences) all over) loud noises from night to morning, taking almost one whole side of the sidewalk, including the street parking area with bunch of random stuff, shopping carts etc..
