Another update. The workers park 3-4 cars there during the day so that when they come back in their work trucks at the end of the day, all they have to do is move their cars to get a parking spot for their two trucks. Consequently, residents are out of pocket for parking during the day and night.

Issue still hasn't been resolved. They are definitely abusing residential parking for their own commercial gain. What exactly is wrong with them parking their work trucks near where they live?
