Description

This address has 4 dogs. 3 outside and 1 inside. They have been tied up in the yard for the past 2 years. They constantly howl, cry, whine and bark excessively. No one plays with them or interacts with them The owner will go out around 11 pm. to feed them.and screams at them "all you do is @#$% and dig holes." I am sick of hearing this. i put a letter last summer in their mail box to curb the noise coming from the abused animals or I was calling animal control. He just tied them up further back in the lotl I cannot take seeing them tied up, abused and treated like crap. Please do a welfare check on them. The larger more aggressive dog is sometimes put in the front yard then it hangs over the fence and is so agressive to anyone walking by. The kids on the block are afraid of this dog and i am afraid he will jump and maul someone. I would like someone to inform me if they have made contact. My email is enclosed. Thank you.
