This building used to house a funeral parlor. It is currently vacant and for sale. However, the outside of the building is covered in graffiti. It would be appreciated very much if the Metro Nashville Codes Enforcement folks would contact the real estate firm and get them to clean up the property.

I have managed to take several pictures of this building. I have to wonder, considering some of the damage to the exterior, if this building shouldn't be condemned. The next several postings will contain additional pictures.

Robert....I have locatd the address. It is 4506 Charlotte Pike. The Departmentof Codes and Building Safety has inspected this lcoaiton and we have issued the owner of record a notice to make specific repairs and to remove all graffiti from the structures. On September 3, 2010 we made a reinspection and found none of the violations had been corrected and we have now requested a civil warrant and we are prosecuting the owner in court on October 26, 2010. RFS # 10-1050791.
