More graffiti on the roof. The picture didn't turn out so well. This is on the east side of the building, and the sun was in the west.

Damaged siding. Probably storm damage, but I don't know for certain.

Robert....I have locatd the address. It is 4506 Charlotte Pike. The Departmentof Codes and Building Safety has inspected this lcoaiton and we have issued the owner of record a notice to make specific repairs and to remove all graffiti from the structures. On September 3, 2010 we made a reinspection and found none of the violations had been corrected and we have now requested a civil warrant and we are prosecuting the owner in court on October 26, 2010. RFS # 10-1050791.

I drove by this location yesterday and noticed that the building has been demolished. This demolition has officially resolved the issue.
