Description

The 19th street and Telegraph corner adjacent to the Fox Theater as well as the 18th Street and Telegraph corner on the other side of the theater are becoming blighted. There is graffiti on the red curbs, on planters, on street signs along with stickers on light posts. This is suppose to be an area of pride for Oakland and you are allowing it to become blighted. Please stay on top of this issue.
