Description

After the replacement of the sewer lateral at 5655 LaSalle Ave. there remains a large metal plate over the excavation of the street which bangs every time a car passes over it. As Lasalle is a very busy thoroughfare between Piedmont and Montclair Village the noise is almost constant day and night and very problematic for the residents of the street, particularly the immediate neighbors on all sides. Please remove the plate and repair the concrete or follow up with whomever did the job. Thank you
