There are stop signs for a crosswalk to Doane Stuart, coming uphill the stop sign is so far back that you have to pass it by a car length before you can see the intersection.
Going downhill you can see the crosswalk clearly from a distance, and it should really just be a crosswalk sign. There is no point in stopping for a crosswalk with nobody in it.
