Description

This property always has trash all over the back yard and it blows into surrounding yards. Righ now there is a pile of trash that the animals are picking through and their lawmower man just came today and mowed all around the trash and the mower blew the debris all over. It stinks bad!!! It's been there for about 2-weeks! The residents there just drive their cars over it & you can hear the trash cracking under their tires. The residents are also using the recycling bins for their regular trash and the bins are overflowing and just sit there week after week.!
