two cars park in front of
jadestone drive. the cars are parked on crest of hill in sub division.I have witnessed several close calls with cars and children on bikes, because the cars have to be swung around to avoid them. they have been parked for over 5 months, home owner talked to - reports filed with sherif no results please help or advise.
