607 Thornton Rd is a Residence for disabled-some are veterans & in wheelchairs! Slight rain floods entrance trapping residents who do not have cafeteria service at this facility and are dependent on walking to the store for food. Culvert needs to be widened so entrance won’t flood in a minor rain storm! Home at 611 Thornton floods as a result of water not draining in front of 607 Thornton
