Description

The only street light at the end of Lefferts Street is out and it is very dark at this cul de sac. I am worried that walkers may be hit as there is no sidewalk and people are parking here and have no business in this area yet are protected by the darkness. Please help as soon as possible. I am elderly and I am afraid to walk my dog at night time. Thank you very much
