This Vehicle has been parked in same place for over a month. This has already been reported 2 weeks ago, and yet it's still parked on Monitor. where there is limited parking because of ppl from outside the area, parking because they are unwilling to pay the parking fee when you commute by Light rail. We need permit parking with 2 hour parking for non-residents and 1 visitor pass per resident of each block.
