Description

Weeds are 2/3' tall and blocking sidewalk. This is vacant lot with abandoned warehouse we're always having issues with. Then around corner at 118-125 Monitor hydrant is covered with weeds. Which by tge way I trimmed down, so ppl and parking authority can't say they don't see hydrant. Down street of deadend 130 Monitor that hydrant needs to be trimmed down. Because now Fields Construction is blocking it daily. I'm sure they'll say... "Oh, we didn't see it". Just like everyone else does.
