Sharraxaadda

For years, cars have been pulling off of Main Street, on which they were already going 50 MPH, and accelerate all the way up Prospect Hill Road. By the time they reach Holy Apostles, they are up to at least 60 MPH. Numerous requests have been made of the police over the years by the residents of Prospect Hill Road. Seems like it should be easy to fix with a speed trapor closing off the end to Prospect. I hope it doesn;t take someone being killed to get this taken care of!
