People going up & down Washburn have a tendency to speed like it's a raceway.The street is narrow and my car was hit there. I've been told by at 4 neighbors that their cars were hit on that st. too. 200 block of Decker Ct. is one way. However many choose to ignore that fact and enter the wrong way. They also speed through there too (both ways) I pray that no one gets hurt, but it is bound to happen if these folks continue to disregard the rules. What's the point if they are not enforced?
