On westbound Tilghman St, in the left lane at the Cedar Crest Blvd. traffic light, there are serious ruts in the road that force cars into them.
When there are aggressive drivers coming from the right lane cutting you off before the merge point, it is impossible to drive defensively because you are stuck in these ruts.
