This block gets very backed up during morning and evening rush hour and also on Saturdays. Often because the left turn lane is causing delays. It doesn't make sense for the those making left turns onto North Trooper Road to just sit in a delayed green and watch Main street coming westbound making left turns onto South Trooper Road! Both directions should be able to make left turns with a green arrow at the same time as it occurs at many other intersections.
