There is a maroon Ford Expedition with license plate “B3 LUV” that has been parked in the same spot for over 3 weeks. It’s in front of 6512 Wessex Ln but does not belong to any of the tenants at this address; it also does not belong to neighbors in proximity that I’ve asked. The parallel parking job is poor. Since it has not been moved for 3 weeks, and I have not seen anyone approach it, I have reason to believe it has been abandoned or is parked illegally.
