i was shocked to see a bycyclist hit by a massive truck. i work on south ave and see the same trucks turn right on south ave and dont even slow down. there is a no turn on red sign. by the time they get to barnum dyke they are flying. all day long. going to the dump. this street needs enforcing and maybe that tragic accidnet wouldnt have happened.
