There is a house at this location that has many small kids, the owners of the house put all there trash in the side yard and seen 3 kids playing in the water right in the middle of this trash. The kids are always by there self and in this trash playing.. Very Very unsafe.

Though it certainly seems that there is a potential risk to the children living at this address, I don't believe SeeClickFix is the best forum in which to address this issue.
