Description

It takes 2 minutes for the left turn signal to turn green so I can make a turn from northbound Princess Anne onto Landstown Centre Way. There were 3 cars trying to make the turn this morning. All going to the athletic fields/YMCA area. No traffic at all from the other direction at that time of the morning. Not sure if there are loops or a camera there and not working. The cross walk signals are white and eventually start counting down after 1:45 or so. Very long wait.
