I travel the historic lower pawcatuck commute daily and was delighted to see the trimming occurring on river parallel Prospect st. The work done has well on pace to increase the beautification of lower Pawcatuck, but I was disappointed the mulching process was not completed. With town stated initiatives in place to bring lower pawcatuck back to prominence is completion of mulching expected??
