Tuesday March 26, 2013 - School Bus for Philadelphia University Idling for 1/2 hour or so in front of Falls Center Entrance. Day was warmish- bus was not occupied.

The Irony here is that Philadelphia University is supposedly featuring Sustainability programs and curricula, One would suggest en easy way to demonstrate a comittment to sustainability would be to reduce diesel's C02, SO2 and NOx emissions by turning an engine off when it's not in use.
