Description

Construction starts well before 8am almost every day for the past 2 years now. I have written letters to the construction company and to the hospital with no luck. This isn't just some guys banging a few hammers its them putting a building up with large trucks and cranes. They also some times do things at 2AM till sunrise. This has to stop people have to get up and goto work and can't do so with the loudness the hospital is creating. I have had to take time off of work because I could not sleep from some of the night construction. I am sure this affects more then just my complete street

Also the parking garage they build, the lights are on 24/7 and shine right into my bedroom, and my babys bedroom we have blackout curtains and still does not help. Do all of those lights really need to be on for the 5 people parking in that place at night ?

if anyone wants photos of how bright the lights are post a reply.

and as for the construction just drive by at 6am and you will see all the guys out their working. I've had it with them waking me up and my baby because they want to start work at 6am and get off at 3pm
