Description

There is a homeless encampment next to the 98th freeway entrance on 880 South. I already reported this couple before, they leave garbage everywhere, there are kids who walk to school passing by their encampment, the lady changes clothes where even kids can see her. Yesterday I saw them getting water fron the hydrant on tbe intersection of Clara St and Caswell Ave. This is getting worse.
