Description
Most of the sidewalks in front of the homes that border this park in Ridley Park need to be replaced/repaired. Almost all of them are buckled up around tree roots and have uneven joints. I am surprised that no one has tripped, broken a bone or chipped a tooth. Lawsuits waiting to happen.

The new owners will only be stuck with the bill if someone in borough government decides to actually enforce the codes. Which doesn't seem likely to happen anytime soon.

We used to be able to take our dog to Sycamore PK for excercise, but they've become so narrow & hazardous, even one person can't navigate.
In January,he(dog) started limping & vet said torn ACL could've happened just stepping on an uneven sidewk.or gravel..surgery was not cheap & trying to contain him through 6, then 5' of snow was no fun either.
I've sprained my ankle & twisted it too numerous times to even count.
For the high taxes the borough collects, it is shocking & appalling, the condition of sidewalks in general, not to mention the backing up of sewers every time we have a heavy rainfall. (Oh, the smell!!!)
