A. This is a 1-block area that neither the u of mn nor the commercial property that come together here take responsibility for. The sidewalk is shoveled and kept up on either side. But this small area is left untended. The snow and ice build up all season. There's also a dip here so when it all melts, this is a pool. Thanks!
