Not only is there bed bugs in the building, but he moves ppl in all the time with out telling them ahead of time. The apartments are barely cleaned before being rented out again, the carpets don't get replaced, and the walls get patched up, but not painted, and a bunch of the windows are broken.

wish I had just spent the extra 100$ a month and not had to throw out all my stuff. Definitely was too good to be true.
