I agree that this comment is accurate during periods of high traffic volume. However, under normal traffic flow conditions, and when school has just let out, a shorter period for the Exit 30 ramp will be useful to prevent unnecessary back-ups on North Peachtree Road. So, a "smart" control system that monitors traffic volume both ways would be helpful.
