Description
A local housing developer has installed a sign advertising the Cobb's Cove sub-division on the Aldridge Creek Greenway (south of Challenger Elementary School). The sign is within 3 feet of the actual asphalt greenway which I am fairly certain is City of Huntsville's public property. The sign says "Welcome to Something New" (along with other verbiage). They got that right, a commercial sign on a COH greenway... that's something new !!! If this sign is allowed to remain, this will open up a "can of worms" for other commercial developments adjoining our beautiful greenways to install their signs. Please remove. Thank you.

Thank you.
As the previous follower mentioned, it may not be a commercial sign. It was placed there evidently by the residential developer owning the adjoining property to the greenway. In any case, the placement of the sign is not legally on their property. It belongs to the COH.
