Description

The traffic light on Lynnhaven at Monument Dr. seems to favor the cross traffic, backing up Lynnhaven. It stays green for Monument Drive for quite a lengthy time well after traffic has cleared. Please adjust accordingly to keep Lynnhaven flowing better.
