Description

There are times, especially in the morning (Monday-Friday), when the traffic light at Peeler and Tilly Mill holds red for Peeler for several minutes even when there are no cars on Tilly Mill. This causes traffic on Peeler to back up to Happy Hollow Road (approx. 1/4 mile). The light should monitor and adjust the flow to allow Peeler traffic to enter Tilly Mill when there is little or no traffic flow on Tilly Mill.
