03/18/2013 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the damaged handrail needing repair has been formally submitted to Richmond Public Schools Mgmt so that proper consideration and handling can take place accordingly.

10/2/2013 - Service Review: NCBBA, is this by chance finished? Normally I have to make calls to RPS for action so there is no Service Order system ticket in a database I can refer to? If I need to follow through with School Admin on your behalf I will.
