who eva is runnin this city and the properties involved you blew it, you all need to be thrown out of office for being dimwits. everyone of those properties should have had the lawns spryed with a growth retardant, monsanto makes a version of it
but then obviously nobody in the city has a spray license to spray it.......................they spray nothin around here not even the city lots. obviously the banks dont give a care, they got their money by bailouts. alot of properties were bought by real estate companies and they too let them go to crap.
go after the banks and investors to fix the properties or take them outright for the city fix em of get rid of em.
