Cotton Rd. overpass at -94 needs a pedestrian walk way before someone gets killed walking or biking across the present vehicle bridge.

I fear someday someone will get hurt or killed. I drive over this bridge everyday with that thought. More people who live past this bridge in the subdivions or condos can walk to the mall. :)
