03/12/2013 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation was previously reported to Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt Team (SCF#-181615 / 20020839183/ ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. This project is still pending action/repair. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000.
