Opis

There is a great amount of speeding on Virginia between Courtland and Montecello Aves, and sideshows at Courtland and Virginia.? It's a busy street with lots of kids. We need some type of traffic calming solution, as well as clearly marked, VISIBLE pedestrian crossings at Courtland, Herriot, and Montecello. This is a school route and a neighborhood street.
