Sidewalks south of Baltimore Pike are crumbling and unsafe! There are no sidewalks near St. Eugene's church and rectory and convent nor in front of the car repair shop. I am a 61 y.o.women who walks to the train station to get to work.
It was really horrible during the snows: some property owners NEVER shoveled their sidewalks. This includes Clifton Heights Borough as well as Upper Darby Township.
Get a grip, township officials, before someone gets hurt and you people as well as the property owners get sued!

Sidewalks south of Baltimore Avenue ( in both Clifton Heights and Upper Darby Township) to the train station are crumbling.and dangerous. It is especially poor near Central Avenue. Even Septa, who bought the lot near Secane Avneue, have not put in curbs to their sidewalk.
There are no curbs on most of the sidewalks there nor are there any side walks on the other side of the street near the auto repair shop and St. Eugene's convent and church property. Also on Prospect Avenue In CH, there are NO sidewalks! How do these property owners get free passes?
Can someone help? Or are you waiting for someone to get hurt and then sue the borough/township and also property owners?
Where are the code enforcers? Don't they get paid?
