Description

This property has been in disrepair for over 10 years. At some point it was given a historical designation. It has several holes in the roof and poor structural integrity. It has been owned by the same owner for at least 10 years. It would seem this property could be addressed by Harris County's Neighborhood Nuisance Abatement Act.
