Description

At this approximate address, the tennants often race a moped and a quad up and down the street and in the park, making a lot of noise.

Saw an out of control quad this weekend almost run into a car, about two blocks from this location.

If the quad in question is white he has been doing this on Atwater street for some time also. We on the street have called the police but they never show up.

The quad was about 2 feet off the ground, driving fast in the middle of a very busy street. The driver was not wearing a helmet and appeared to have no brakes.
