THIS IS NOT A BULK REQUEST - WE DO NOT CLEANUP LOOSE TRASH - CLEAN AND SAFE IT RESPONSIBILE FOR SIDEWALK CLEANUP

This is another ticket that is closed that should be forwrded to another part of the city. If this belong to Clean and Safe forward it to them. Make sure it is taken care of, then close the ticket.

What is broken in the system that allows a ticket to be is closed if it's "not my job"? The goal is not to close tickets here, it is to solve problems. This is the 2nd ticket this week I have seen closed without the core problem being solved.

Don't close the ticket until the problem is solved. Think about it what you are doing. The way this one was handled just says - NOT MY JOB - CASE CLOSED !!!! How about we try,, I will pass it on to the proper person and make sure the issue is sovled before we close the issue.
