Trying to clarify this a little more, so we grabbed a photo. You can see the "Only" sign hanging over the right lane, with the traffic-light that seems to suggest you can go straight or turn right, whatever you feel like doing. In fact, the car in the photo on the right went straight just to pass the car to the left of it, while that car was actually trying to get into the right lane after going through the intersection to turn into the shopping center.

There are other areas of the city that could use some "lane enforcement" as well. Drives are using "turn only" lanes as passing lanes.

Examples:
1. Intersection of southbound Capital blvd and New Hope.

2. Intersection of northbound Six Forks rd and Rowan st.

Could some sort of divider be placed in the road to contain drivers in these lines, such as the 3-4 foot tall orange "dividers"?
