Owners and/or delivery vehicles associated with this business repeatedly drive over the sidewalk to access this self-designated area for parking. There is no curb cut for access by these vehicles -- they use the cut at the corner of 11th and P Streets, designed for wheelchairs, to enter the sidewalk area and park in these spaces. They have made the sidewalk muddy, cracked in places, and the cars are in and out frequently for deliveries as this is a take-out/delivery business, creating a day- and night-long public safety hazard.

No violation? Pictures aren't proof? This has been going on for YEARS. Badge 278 shows up when they are out delivering Chinese food and closes the case?! Can you not see the tire marks? This is not a successful case closure. The problem still exists.
