Sharraxaadda

There was a incident with some citizens and a older faded,rusty, blue buick, young Caucasian, early twenties,thin, brown hair. He was speeding down the road. The people told him to slow down because there are kids playing. The man in the car went to the end of the street , turned the car around and came back and confronted the people with a gun on the seat of his car. The POLICE were called with the usual response, NONE.
