Please fix! Every time it rains, the storm drain is completely backed up and the water has no place to go but into street, and it completely blocks the eastbound lane of traffic on Briarwood.

During the first ice storm, a neighbor's truck had to pull out a Brookhaven Public Works truck from the storm drain ice. I saw the orange lights from the work truck coming through my window for a while and went to see what was going on. I'm pretty sure there was at least one flat tire caused by the ice here and countless cars that had to be pulled/pushed out of the ice. And one that just spent the night stuck there. I wonder how things might have been different if this issue was addressed when it was first reported almost a year ago.

As mentioned, the extremely cold weather we've been experiencing this winter has made this a huge problem. Please fix this ASAP.

We are trying to get a crew there today, but with the storm cleanup over the past couple days they may not get there today. If they dont, we will have a crew out in the morning

We are creating a repair project to re-construct the inlet in the near future.
It will be done with one of our on-demand contractors instead of a maintenance crew.
