DUPLICATE COMPLAINT. Thank you for contacting the City of Saint Paul. A letter was sent to the property owner and occupant. Forty-eight to seventy-two (working) hours after the letter is mailed, a code enforcement inspector will visit to the property to see if the issue has been corrected. If it has not been corrected, the inspector will issue an order for another City department to take care of the issue, wherein the property owner is charged a fee.
