I also agree that the light/turn signal at Old Milton Parkway is too short - again, it's making the situation
at this intersection a cocktail for a major accident - since the left turn light skips a cycle, then only lets two cart thru when it does turn, motorists are frustrated and start jumping from the left turn lane into the straight thru lane just to get thru the light - does not seem to make sense to me?

I agree that this stoplight needs some attention. This issue occurs throughout the day not only during the AM hours. Only 2 cars can proceed through the intersection while the light is green causing the 3rd car to go through on yellow. I have even seen the 4th car run through on red! This issue has been going on for the last several months. Is anyone giving this issue any attention??

This issue came to our attention in reviewing reports on the periphery of the City of Alpharetta. The subject traffic signal is under the jurisdiction of the City of Johns Creek, which, to the best of our knowledge, does not monitor SeeClickFix.

Georgia Department of Transportation crews have replaced equipment that controls this signal. The City of Johns Creek has requested assistance from the City of Alpharetta to coordinate the timing of the signal with respect to other signals on Old Milton Parkway. Personnel from the two cities will be meeting on site next week to make the necessary adjustments.

This issue was resolved before Johns Creek began using SeeClickFix last month.
